Court-Livingston-Schermerhorn BID
The Court-Livingston-Schermerhorn Business Improvement District (CLS BID) began operations in October 2007 and serves nearly 200 properties in Downtown Brooklyn. The district roughly contains Schermerhorn and Livingston Streets, stretching from Flatbush Avenue to Court Street and Court Street stretching from Atlantic Avenue to Joralemon Street.

Programs and Services:
The CLS BID provides supplemental sanitation services, retail development services, streetscape improvements, and advocacy efforts in order to improve the business environment and quality of life for its constituents.
