Our Team

Regina Myer became President of the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership in October 2016. Under the leadership of the Board of Directors, she sets the vision for the organization, stewards its $11 million operating budget, and manages a team of approximately 25 people.

Our Operations team works to ensure that Downtown Brooklyn is the cleanest district in the City. Working with our partners at the Doe Fund, the Downtown Brooklyn Clean Team of approximately 70 workers provides year-round sanitation services, snow removal, and beautification efforts for the neighborhood's 1.1 million square feet of public space. Find out more about each of our team members, including Herbert's proudest moment, James' favorite pop-up outdoor public seatins, and Charlotte's recommendation for a great repertory cinema experience.

Public Safety

Our Public Safety department, managed by former law enforcement executives and comprised of a team of approximately 35 uniformed security officers, provides a visible 24/7 presence throughout Downtown Brooklyn to increase safety and support the efforts of the NYPD and other local law enforcement agencies. Find out more about the Public Safety team, including Pete's proudest moment and what 24-hour deli Roscoe recommends.

Meet each of team members to find out our secret spot for eggplant parm (hint: it's in a temple), what made Belinda proud, where Luis goes to beat long lunch lines, and Kinsey's favorite rainy day memory.
