3D Jewelry Design

Design a bangle and learn to model it using primitive “building blocks” in Autocad’s TinkerCAD 3D modeling software. Students will learn the basics of 3D modeling, will learn about the different types of professional 3D modeling software available and will walk away with an understanding of how small jewelry designers use 3D to design and manufacture. Students need to bring a laptop and a mouse to this workshop and will need to have signed up for a free account through Autodesk so they may access TinkerCAD.

This event is targeted toward girls in 6th - 9th Grades

Note: Students need to bring laptops with Autodesk’s TinkerCAD software pre-downloaded and a mouse.
