First Mondays (7/1, 8/5, 9/9, 10/7): Chelsea Piers BK Burn
Come chase the burn in this high intensity interval training workout. This class is designed to sculpt your upper body, define your legs and glutes and tighten your core. Using just your bodyweight, BKBurn combines strength exercises with short bursts of cardio intervals to give you a fantastic total body workout.
Second Mondays (7/8, 8/12, 9/16): BollyX taught by Danny Cadet, in partnership with the Mark Morris Dance Center

Strengthen and lengthen your muscles with a focus on the core & breathing. Bring your own mat.
Fifth Monday (7/29): Brukwine
Brukwine is a Caribbean-inspired total body workout that provides new and exciting ways to move. Learn the hottest signature Brukwine moves, how to wine your waist, isolate the hips, and shake your booty.
