Accepted startups will pitch venture capitalists and experts in the field. All will receive feedback on their pitches, face time with the judges, and the winner will be awarded $5,000. Previous winners of our pitch contests have gone on to raise up to $20 million in venture money, and have seen successful exits.
— Company must be a for-profit business
— Company must have fewer than 25 employees
— Company must be based in NYC
— Founder or company employee must be available to pitch on the evening of Wednesday, Sept. 25th.
Five finalists will pitch to a panel of judges. One winner will take home $5,000 and other prizes.
Applications are open until 11:59pm ET on Friday, Aug. 30th.
Finalists will be notified if they have been selected to pitch by Wednesday, Sept. 4th.
The pitch contest will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 25th.
