Abolitionist Place

Willoughby Street + Albee Square West

Abolitionist Place brings 1.15 acres of green space and community amenities to Downtown Brooklyn, further enhancing the growing commercial, residential, and cultural hub. Designed by renowned landscape architecture firm Hargreaves Jones, Abolitionist Place includes a new play area, water feature, lawn space, dog park, lush ornamental plantings, and multiple seating areas.

Albee Square

Fulton Street + Bond Street

Albee Square sits at the heart of famous Fulton Mall, next to City Point (home to Primark, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, Trader Joe’s, Target, and DeKalb Market Hall). Albee Square has hosted concerts, outdoor movies, fashion shows, pop-up beach and carnival parties, among many others. Albee Square has become a gathering place for the community and a spacious venue for great programming and sponsorship.

Willoughby Plaza

Willoughby Street between Pearl Street + Adams Street

Just off the bustling Fulton Mall (Brooklyn’s most famous shopping district), Willoughby Plaza is surrounded by popular restaurants and cozily lit by tivoli lights in the evenings. Steps from Downtown Brooklyn’s NYU campus, bustling Brooklyn Commons, and the Court Street commercial corridor, the plaza sees a lot of weekday foot traffic. Our popular Summer Salsa series takes place here as well as lunchtime concerts and other events. Willoughby Plaza is a prime location for a variety of events and commercial activations.

The Plaza at 300 Ashland

Flatbush Avenue + Lafayette Avenue

The expansive Plaza at 300 Ashland sits at the heart of the Brooklyn Cultural District, adjacent to the brownstone Brooklyn neighborhoods of Fort Greene, Boerum Hill, and Park Slope. The design of the plaza, with its broad sweep of steps overlooking Downtown Brooklyn, affords the perfect venue for large-scale festivals, markets, and community events. DBP has partnered with premier local organizations such as BAM, BRIC, Chelsea Piers Fitness, Brooklyn Public Library, Mark Morris Dance Group, and Theatre for a New Audience to offer free, high-quality programming. It is also on the Mile 8 marker on the NYC Marathon route – perfect for promoting your brand to the cheering crowds.

Brooklyn Commons Park

Myrtle Promenade between Jay Street + Flatbush Avenue

Located in the heart of Brookfield Properties’ bustling office campus known as Brooklyn Commons, Brooklyn Commons Park is a large open space where you are bound to find everyone from students and workers having lunch to parents playing with their children after work. The Commons is the location for events such as outdoor fairs, and DBP’s DTBK Presents series of fitness classes, performances, and ping pong events.

Atlantic Terminal Plaza

Flatbush Avenue + Atlantic Avenue

Atlantic Terminal Plaza is located at the intersection of Flatbush Avenue and Atlantic Avenue, adjacent to the Atlantic Terminal Mall and Atlantic Center. With Barclays Center just across Atlantic Avenue, the plaza is located at one of the busiest crossroads in Brooklyn and the heart of the Brooklyn Cultural District. Atlantic Terminal Plaza is an ideal location for a variety of events and activations.
