For couples seeking a more intimate and experience-driven dinner, Sushi Koju in Downtown Brookyln offers a refined Valentine’s Day option. Executive Chef Kevin Garrison will present a 14-course Premium Omakase at the restaurant’s 14-seat Omakase bar. 

An optional five-course sake pairing is available, along with an extensive sake list featuring rare bottles and local Brooklyn producers. Guests may also enjoy wine or cocktails such as the Koju Spritz, made with ume sake, Lillet Blanc, and prosecco rugé col fondo.
